Thanks for posting this! Tennis Channel in the US only showed half the match! They cut over to the Medvedev-Querrey match after showing less than a half hour of set 1 and then after the Medvedev match showed the third set of Sonego Vs DeMinaur! Plus all those dumb commercials! Worse yet was the Eastbourne women's match between Ostopenko Vs Kontaveit with the score 5-3 in set two! Of course they had the rest of the matches on Tennis Channel plus but never showed it when they did the encores! (Tennis Channel Plus is such a rip-off too! I've heard nothing but complaints about it!)

Комментарий юриста: Верно ли мы трактуем закон, говоря что заходить на rgfootball.net - это не преступление. Скачивать торрент-файл - это не преступление, независимо от его содержания. Но хранить на жестком диске компьютере пиратское ПО - это преступление, даже если это ПО не используется для получения прибыли? Использовать VPN или другие технические решения - вполне законно. Власти, конечно, пытаются сейчас бороться с анонимайзерами и любыми иными способами обхода блокировок. Но делают они это тем же методом - блокировками через суды. При этом, закона, запрещающего использование средств анонимизации, нет, но суды выносят такие неправосудные решения в большом количестве. Однако на конечного пользователя эти решения судов никаких прав и обязанностей не возлагают. Недавно в Минкомсвязи подтвердили, что в настоящее время в действующем законодательстве не существует положений, ограничивающих применение вышеуказанных технологий «проксирования трафика» и анонимайзеров.
Про торренты и файлы, содержащие контент, защищенный копирайтом, не совсем так. За нарушение авторского права в российском законодательстве существует административная ответственность, уголовная и гражданская. Для привлечения по административному кодексу по п.7.12 КоАП надо доказать, что с помощью скаченного контента будет производиться извлечение дохода, а для привлечения к уголовной ответственности стоимость нарушения авторских прав должна быть высокой. т.е. более 100 тысяч рублей. Однако, отдельные случаи привлечения были. Как правило, это происходило либо, потому что единичный экземпляр ПО или фильма/музыки был очень дорогим, либо следствию удавалось найти много файлов, стоимость нарушения копирайта которых превышала 100 тысяч рублей. То есть остается только гражданская ответственность. Но, чтобы привлечь к ней и требовать возмещения ущерба либо взыскания компенсации, правообладателю необходимо знать ФИО и место жительства нарушителя. Если пользователь под надежным VPN, то можно быть уверенным, что ни правообладатель, ни даже провайдер не узнает, кто в конкретный момент времени качал торрент с известного им IP.

Laws are crazy in America. Once it was OK to download a torrent if it was for your own personal use and you weren't making a profit. But the movie companies complained and so that was changed. I don't download torrents to make a profit. I transfer the torrent to DCD-R's and erase them from my hard drive after downloading. Technically it might be seen as a "crime" but after all I pay to watch the Tennis Channel (who not only get my monthly payment to my cable company but also from everyone who get their channel throughout the US) but also get money from advertisers. And to top that off they charge $100 a year to get their Tennis Channel Plus!

Sorry about that. I meant to type DVD-R but hit the "C" key instead. In America when you buy authorized DVD's of movies, you're allowed to make a back up file legally! Well the way I look at it, I pay a monthly cable bill to get the Tennis Channel (and they usually put it with the more expensive set of channels!) so what's wrong with getting a copy of a match I paid my cable company to watch here as a torrent file? I'm not profiting from it. It's for my own personal use. I also use a VPN when I download torrents.
